Evolvn Productions is a film and courseware authoring studio that focuses on workforce development solutions for the General Aviation and Casino Gaming industries.  

In General Aviation, training and workforce development particularly in ground support operations, are activities often overlooked. The tendency to place training at low priority is surprising considering ground handling related accidents account for the greatest insurance losses. Some typical causes are complacency; extremely high employee turn-over rates; perceived lack of standards and regulations; high cost of training and lack of suitable training materials.

Evolvn Productions has set out to evolve the industry’s mindset with the Line Service Specialist Development Series.  The series is a collection of affordable self-paced and on-demand lessons geared at introducing new and existing employees to regulations, requirements and industry best practices.

In reality, standards DO exist and regulations requiring training and record keeping now exist. The NFPA 407 Standard outlines accepted FAA requirements for handling aviation fuel and fueling activities. Furthermore, all FBOs operating on airports receiving any federal funds are now required by the FAA to comply with certain regulations including the training and record keeping requirements defined in the latest CFR Part 139, Subpart D, regardless of whether or not the FBO requires a Part 139 Certificate.
